Station Information
There have been several daily observers in the Eastern part of Ojai since 1905. In 1940 the site was moved to the County Fire Station. The site has moved along with the fire station several times. In 2001 data from the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District (VCAPCD) weather station located at the fire station was used to replace the daily observations taken by the firefighters.
